factory side mirrors with the extra mini convex mirror built in. Great idea, why aren't they on all new cars?

Appears to be two tone horn on the near fender, and a klaxon or ooga on the far fender
Great multiuse wrench inside the spare
Never see tire pumps anymore
Flashlight and flyswatter... have you ever seen a car with a flyswatter?
Skeleton keys and a beer can opener
Cool floor panels and map holder
Nice luggage, but in the above you see on the right hand area in front of the round Blatz you'll see a rusted tin can... it's the communications microphone to the rear passengers on the rumble seat, it's connected with twine to another can 3 photographs below
Above: The turn signal
Below, the passenger tin can telephone, on the top is the hinge that allows the flap to be lifted so the passengers can talk into it Looks like a 91 octane requirement notice
Fixes exhaust leak every time

This switch is to replace the broken brake light switch. That's pretty clever actually!

Dry lakes racing brilliant innovative idea, measuring the front end lift during the run
0 comments Posted by korekore at 6:34 PM I don't remember who was just mentioned doing this at the Dry lakes Racing Hall of Fame inductions, (the memory just is falling apart faster than ever) but the streamliner was fitted with an old fashioned gas tank level system, and its indicator on the dash showed the driver if the front was lifting while running the Bonneville course
http://www.oilstick.com/ for a bit more on the event until I get my coverage posted of todays Hall of Fame ceremony
Tere has posted a great look around at the Mendenhall's Museum: http://justacargal-s.blogspot.com/2011/05/mendenhalls-gas-up-bbq.html where the hall or fame takes place, it's a museum of petroliana

Check out the Wrenchers Tool Chests, these are awesome, handmade in San Jose California by a carpenter

Building the best tool chests possible that can be handed down as a family heirloom, Michael Genovese has improved on the tool chest, and improvised a brilliant drawer handle idea, rocker arms and trunk handles!
He realized that he could use his fine woodworking skills to build himself a rollaway tool chest to store his mechanics tools. That was the start of what is now Wrenchers Tool Chest.
Using only the finest of materials in the construction of these tool chests, each one is custom built by hand. They are stained and sprayed with multiple coats of a satin clear acrylic urethane to give a rich look with a hard finish.
